Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Chemille Pty Ltd & Sologne Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a master-planned residential community in Drayton. The project involved an application for Preliminary Approval to Vary the Effect of the Toowoomba Regional Planning Scheme 2012 to facilitate the future development of the land in accordance with the Strategic Land Use Master Plan for Drayton. The proposal facilitated future development of the land for residential purposes and ensured integration with existing infrastructure, movement and open space networks.
