PROJECT OUTLINE

Paroo Shire Council engaged Precinct Urban Planning to provide town planning assistance associated with the development of a Tourist Attraction involving a Hot Springs, Pontoon and Riverwalk. The project involved town planning to develop a hot springs bathing complex which will have a Main Building (including reception, therapy rooms and coffee breakout space), a Steam/Sauna smaller secondary building and Outdoor Pools made up of 6 separate springs/outdoor pools. The facility will be accessed via a Riverwalk along the riverbank. There will also be a Pontoon landing located on the banks of the Warrego River which will be accessible to the public.
