Cavalier Homes engaged Precinct Urban Planning to provide town planning services for a dual occupancy development in Reserve Road, Cranley. The project involves the construction of 2 attached, 2 storey units on the site. The dwelling units each consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including a private ensuite for the master bedroom), powder room, laundry and open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Each dwelling will also have a balcony which will open directly from the living area. A ground floor double garage is provided for each unit.


Landscaping will soften the visual impact of the development and enhance asethetic amenity. The units will be characterised by an architectural theme consistent with the surrounding locality to ensure visual compatibility and continuity.
