Knox Investing Pty Ltd engaged Precinct Urban Planning to provide town planning assistance associated with the development of a Child Care Centre in Main Street, Westbrook, a township located in the Toowoomba region of Queensland. The child care facility will be a new purpose built centre that will provide care for up to 140 children for both childcare and out of school care. This child care centre will improve community childcare facilities in Westbrook, which is a fast growing area in the Toowoomba region. It will also provide employment opportunities for approximately 20 staff.
