Chemical Storage Shed

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by McGregor Gourlay to provide town planning services associated with the development of a Chemical Storage Shed in Moree, NSW. Our services involved lodgement of a Development Application to Moree Plains Shire Council including preparation of a Statement of Environmental Effects and Detailed Planning Report.  

Precinct successfully obtained a Development Consent for a Chemical Storage Shed. The Chemical Storage Shed has an internal area of 1,800m² for storage of up to 700,00 litres of agricultural chemicals.
