Tardevelop Pty Ltd engaged Precinct Urban Planning to provide town planning services to prepare and lodge a development application for a Mixed Use Commercial Service Centre at 10804-10806 Warrego Highway, Charlton. This Mixed Use Service Centre includes a supermarket, speciality shops, motel, tavern, liquor barn and fast food tenancy. The development, approved by Toowoomba Regional Council in February 2024, will serve the expanding major industrial precinct of Charlton Wellcamp.
