PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Westdan Pty Ltd to provide town planning advice and an assessment of the ‘planning need’ for additional urban residential allotments in the Chinchilla Township area. The land use study was prepared in support of an application for an urban residential subdivision on Cemetery Road and provided Council with a quantitative and qualitative framework to establish planning need as part of their assessment.
