PROJECT OUTLINE
The Diocese of Toowoomba Catholic Schools as the Infrastructure Entity engaged Precinct Urban Planning as the consulting urban planners to secure a Ministerial Infrastructure Designation (MID) under the Planning Act 2016. for the establishment of St Francis Catholic College, in Boundary Street South, Westbrook. As part of this process, Precinct prepared and submitted an Environmental Assessment Report (EAR) to the Department of Housing, Local Government, and Planning. St Francis Catholic College, Westbrook seeks to meet the need for an education option for the growing Westbrook community. The school will be constructed over stages and will ultimately accommodate Kindergarten to Year 12 students incorporating sporting and cultural facilities that can be made available to the local community.
