PROJECT OUTLINE
Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Wagner Investments to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of the Carrel Drive Development Precinct in Harristown, Toowoomba. The project involved an approval to override the provisions of the Toowoomba Regional Planning Scheme 2012 and nominate a planning and development assessment framework for future development. The Preliminary Approval Area included two precincts and sought to facilitate the ongoing use and development of the land for specialised retail and medium impact industry uses.
