Burpengary Central Medical Centre

GAD Projects Pty Ltd engaged Precinct Urban Planning to provide town planning assistance associated with the development of an integrated complex including a Medical Centre within the Burpengary Central Shopping Centre and associated commercial tenancies.

The Medical Centre is of a two storey construction with increased landscaping and pedestrian walkways to improve walkability and access to general and specialised health care facilities. The proposed development will include a lobby, amenities area and five tenancies, each with separate entrances.
