Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by The City Golf Club Inc to provide town planning assistance to lodge a Development Application seeking approval for staged extensions to the “Rink 46” Bowls Club (formerly Drayton Bowls Club) at 46 Gipps Street, Drayton.  The proposal includes an expanded clubhouse and carparking areas, canopies over the north-eastern bowling greens, an increased gross floor area and a refreshed, modern design for the building’s main entry. These upgrades aim to enhance the club’s functionality and visual appeal, supporting its continued role as a valued community facility.
