Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Beek Qld Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the renovation and extension of the Bowen Hotel. The project involved removing the existing drive through bottle shop to construct an extended children’s area and covered/open-sided beer garden as well as an extension to the sealed carpark. These renovations modernised the general external and internal appearance of the hotel and enabled for improved facilities during the growth of the establishment.
