PROJECT OUTLINE
Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by BJS Storage to provide town planning assistance associated with the Material Change of Use for a Self-Storage Facility development in Dinmore, Queensland. The project involved the construction of 125 storage units all supported by urban services including reticulated water supply, sewer, stormwater drainage, telecommunications and electricity. This project helped facilitate for a need within the community and provided storage options for long and short-term use.
