PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Aberfeldy Farm and Barn Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use to utilise part of the site at 124 Macaulay Road, Westbrook for a Function Facility and Short-term Accommodation. Aberfeldy Farm and Barn plans to utilise the existing hay shed for a function and events venue, which can be hired for events such as weddings, birthdays, dances, fundraisers and conferences. The proposed Short-term Accommodation comprises three new farmstay cabins which can be hired in conjunction with or separately from the Function Facility.
