PROJECT OUTLINE
Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by the University of Southern Queensland to prepare a Land Management Plan that complied with the provisions of the Land Act 1994. It provided town planning guidance on the current and future development of Reserve 1486 for the University of Southern Queensland and the Department of Natural Resources and Mines.
KEY TASKS
Review of existing and proposed secondary uses of the trust land
Determination of extent that existing and proposed secondary uses of the trust land and consistency with the purpose of the trust land
Assessment of extent that existing and proposed secondary uses are consistent with the intent of relevant local planning provisions
Assessment of the infrastructure servicing the trust land
