Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Graintrans Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with seeking development approval for a material change of use for Rural Industry. The proposal will involve a staged expansion of the existing bulk/grain storage facility, upgrading the capacity to a total 60,000 tonnes. The proposed works include two enclosed storage sheds, and two unenclosed grain bunkers.
