PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Qantac Properties to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a temporary workers camp in Oakey. The project involved the development of 300 accommodation units to support the temporary residential demand generated by major infrastructure projects in the region. The accommodation village included recreational facilities and amenities to service the temporary workforce population.
