Homestyle Bakeries Pty Ltd engaged Precinct Urban Planning to provide town planning services to prepare and lodge a development application to relocate office space within the site to improve productivity and operations at their bakery in South Street, Harristown.

The development involved approval to relocate all office and administration facilities into a single building. The existing office facilities that were scattered across the site will be repurposed and used for various activities such as storage to assist with the continued operation of the bakery.
