Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Kassaki Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a residential estate in Meringandan West. The project involved an application for Preliminary Approval to Vary the Effect of the Toowoomba Regional Planning Scheme 2012 to facilitate the future development of the land in accordance with the Meringandan West Estate Preliminary Approval Document (PAD). A development application was then lodged for a Development Permit for Reconfiguring a Lot in accordance with the provisions of the approved PAD. The project facilitated the establishment of 82 residential allotments and ensured integration with existing infrastructure, movement and open space networks.
