Planning Appeals & Evidence

Precinct Urban Planning personnel have expertise and an established track record of representing private and public sector clients engaged in the planning appeals in the Planning and Environment Court.

This includes:

• The preparation and lodgement of Notices of Appeals in the Court;
• Attendance and representation at “without prejudice” meetings, alternative dispute resolution and court order mediations;
• The provision of expert evidence via the Joint Experts Reporting (JER) process and via written evidence statements; and
• The provision of expert evidence and testimony in the Planning & Environment Court.
