Precincts Role

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by J Rowe & Son Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the redevelopment and repurpose of the existing Rowes retail complex to accommodate a range of existing, new and reconfigured retail and commercial uses. The project involved an extension to the existing showroom and the establishment of a new parking and loading area.
