Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by D.S.P. Investments to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of an Office and Food and Drink Outlet at 131 Margaret Street, Toowoomba City. The project involved seeking development approval for a 2–3 storey building with an underground basement carpark, multiple office tenancies and a “food and drink outlet” tenancy at the rear that will include a covered terraced dining area overlooking Queens Park.
