Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Brixtone Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a master-planned residential community in Cambooya. The project involved an application for Reconfiguring a Lot for the subdivision of land into 149 residential lots, a drainage reserve, parkland and a balance lot. A series of vegetated buffer covenants were proposed to provide a buffer to any adjoining agricultural land. The subdivision formed Stage 3 of the Cambooya Ridge Estate project and responded to a growing demand for residential allotments in Cambooya.
