Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Surat Basin Property Group to provide town planning advice and an assessment of the ‘planning need’ for urban residential allotments in the Chinchilla Township area. The land use study provided Council with a quantitative and qualitative framework to establish planning need as part of the assessment of the application.
