PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Cambooya Shire Council to provide town planning advice and a determination of the ‘planning need’ for urban and rural residential development within the shire. The study provided the Shire Council with a quantitative and qualitative framework for addressing the need issue within the development assessment process.
