PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by the Diocese of Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office to provide town planning assistance associated with the development of a new Educational Establishment in Meringandan West. The project involved a combined application for a Preliminary Approval for a Material Change of Use for an Educational Establishment (School) and a Development Permit for Reconfiguring a Lot (Boundary Realignment).
