PROJECT OUTLINE
Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by 16 Hawthorne Street, Beenleigh to provide town planning assistance associated with the Material Change of Use for a Residential Care Facility. The project involved the development of a facility that was comprised of five two-bedroom units that could cater for people requiring a high level of care.
The development created a service that helped to improve the quality of care for patients requiring special needs accommodation. The addition of two medical staff/carer rooms enabled the facility to provide fully for the needs of their tenants.
