Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Conrad Gargett to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of the Medical Suites and Day Hospital at 20 Goggs Street, Toowoomba. The project involved seeking a Development Permit for Material Change of use for “Health Care Services” (extensions) and “Hospital” to facilitate the development of a three storey Day Hospital.
