Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Property Fox No. 2 to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a mixed use development. The project involved the establishment of the Le Jardin Mixed Use Development Precinct which included 86 residential apartments, four shops, three food outlets and a single office.
