Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by the Coffee House Toowoomba to assist in the preparation of a development application for the establishment of a mixed use residential and commercial complex on Hume Street. The development comprised a serviced apartment tower which included residential units on the upper levels and a mix of office and food and drink outlet tenancies on the ground level.
