PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by TLTL Pty Ltd to provide town planning advice associated with the development of Services/Trades Use Centre at Flinders View.

The project involves the establishment of two new buildings located in the northern portion of the site. Each of the proposed buildings will comprise 10 tenancies which will equate to a total of 20.

From a use perspective, the proposal is associated with the establishment of a Service/Trades Use. It is considered that this land use definition provides flexibility for the establishment of low impact industrial uses. The development will be primarily utilised for contractors, small scale warehouses and for storage purposes (including private storage).
