PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Michael Leathem Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with seeking development approval for a Material Change of Use, for the purpose of accommodating operations of TCL Drilling. The land will be used for the purpose of storing and maintaining vehicles and equipment, including the testing of drill rigs, and undertake associated administration work.
