PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Inland Investment Properties Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a short-term accommodation building on Tourist Road, East Toowoomba. The project involved the establishment of 10 units within a four storey building and was intended to provide short-term accommodation to visitors and staff associated with St Vincent’s Hospital.
