PROJECT OUTLINE
 

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by iOR Petroleum Pty Ltd to provide town planning advice and assistance associated with the development application for an unmanned Service Station in Ormeau, Qld and is located on a B-double route and is close to the wider arterial road network.


The project aims to maximise convenience, safety and manoeuvrability for heavy vehicles from the external road network, into and out of the site. The development will be fully landscaped and there will be an amenities building which has a self-service retail room, two toilet/shower rooms, a storeroom and plant room. The Service Station will not be open to the general public and will only be available to account customers. The site will be accessible 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to service the needs of the trucking industry.
