Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Coonan Industries Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a motel on the corner of the New England Highway and Gleeson Crescent. The motel development included 25 guest rooms and a manager’s residence located within three separate buildings.
