Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by WCW Property Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a Lexus vehicle showroom and used vehicles sales area. The development comprised an indoor vehicle showroom, outdoor display and sales areas, offices and a basement car parking area. The development site was located adjacent to Toowoomba Toyota.
