PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by the Hakfoort Group to provide town planning assistance associated with the redevelopment of the Gowrie Road Hotel in Newtown. The development involved the removal of the existing two-storey hotel building which was replaced with a modern, single storey building. The appearance of the development was aesthetically designed to positively integrate with the character of the surrounding area. The existing drive-through bottle shop was retained and additional on-site car parking was provided to service the development.
