PROJECT OUTLINE
 

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Harristown Childcare Trust to provide town planning assistance associated with the Material Change of Use to develop a purpose-built Food and Drink Outlet complex at Anzac Avenue and Devine Street Harristown. The project involved development of five tenancies including drive-through service aisles for two of the tenancies.


This development creates a service node that will improve access and convenience to food and drink, fast food and casual dining opportunities for local residents, workers and businesses as well as commuters along Anzac Avenue. Also, it will increase the level of access to social meeting venues, casual dining and takeaway facilities. The development will increase economic and community benefits both locally for Harristown and for the wider area of Toowoomba.
