PROJECT OUTLINE
Cooper Commercial engaged Precinct Urban Planning to provide town planning assistance associated with the planning requirements for an extension to increase operations of the existing food and drink outlet comprised of “The Plate” Restaurant, “The Paddock” Butcher Shop and “The Shed” Drive-through Café in Delacey Street, North Toowoomba.
The extension of the premises included the development of a brewery, cold room and keg room to enhance “The Plate” Restaurant. This enabled the business to expand its popular operations and provided additional facilities at the existing location for locals and tourists to enjoy.
