Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by DSP Investments to provide them town planning assistance associated for the establishment of an Office Complex with Food and Drink Outlet located at 131 Margaret Street, Toowoomba City. The project involved seeking development approval for a two to three storey building with underground basement carpark, multiple office tenancies and a “food and drink outlet” tenancy at the rear including a covered terraced dining area overlooking Queens Park.
