PROJECT OUTLINE
BNB Development Corporation Pty Ltd engaged Precinct Urban Planning to provide town planning assistance associated with the development of a medical centre, ancillary pharmacy and professional office on land at 159–161 Brisbane Road, Booval.
The project involved the establishment of a single storey building with two tenancies. The project included the removal of the existing older pre-1946 buildings on the site. This application was Impact Assessable and as such, involved public notification during the assessment process.
The development is on a corner site situated on a prominent elevated area that is associated with the gateway into Ipswich. It will contribute to the existing diversity of buildings in the area and will also cater for the surrounding population.
