PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Flavio Raccanello to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a residential unit development on West Street, Toowoomba. The project involved the removal of an existing residency as a part of the development application to make way for 21 attached two bedroom units.
