PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Nick Ruhle Homes to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of multiple dwelling units at Kearney’s Spring. The project involved the establishment of 33 dwellings over seven stages and comprised 25 single storey and eight double storey dwellings.
