PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Wagner Investments to provide town planning assistance associated with a proposed 142 lot residential subdivision. The project involved an application for Preliminary Approval to Vary the Effect of the Planning Scheme to confer existing use rights and facilitate future residential and commercial development within the Sovereign Hill Estate in accordance with the mixed use master plan.
