PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged to provide town planning assistance associated with the construction of a new dwelling house at Campbell Street, East Toowoomba. The project involved the construction of a two storey dwelling within a Neighbourhood Character Area and included a Heritage and Character Assessment as part of the application.
