PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged to provide town planning assistance associated with raising a Neighbourhood Character Place. The project involved a development application for Building Works Assessable Against the Planning Scheme. The proposed works involved raising the existing dwelling, enclosing underneath the building and the construction of a new porch and character stairway.
