Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Modern Projects Qld Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with a Material Change of Use for the establishment of a Multiple Dwelling development on land at 314 Stenner Street, Middle Ridge. The proposed development involves the establishment of an integrated complex accommodating 10 two-storey, two-bedroom residential dwellings. The proposed development will sensitively contribute to an increase in housing mix and residential density within the established suburb of Middle Ridge in Toowoomba.
