PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Jeteld Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance with Stages 4–9 of a master planned residential development at the southern edge of the City of Toowoomba at Nelson and Kearney Streets. The development included 212 residential lots, 5 park residential lots, parkland and detention areas.
