PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Ozzy Developments Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a residential estate in Glenvale. The project involved a 60 lot residential subdivision and was carried out over two stages. Provision of a new road, drainage reserve and access to parkland was included in the development.
