PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Eldridge Superfund to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a dwelling unit above an existing commercial building. The project involved the construction of a two bedroom apartment above the existing Engine Room Café, shops and office building.
